Project Description:
The project is consent of dairy farm High (foreign breeds highly production).
Green feed (fodder) farm which satisfied for cattle and the surplus fodder for
marketing.
Feed process unit.
Factory to process in milk which coming from the farm to cheese, yoghurt, mish
cream , margarine and pasteurized milk).
General objectives of the project:
A. Contribute to the dietary deficit in dairy.
B. Reduce malnutrition
C. Introducing modern technologies in dairy manufacturing.
D. keep abreast of the global development in the field of quality control of dairy.
Justifications:
A. High prices of dairy.
B. There is a high productivity gap in dairy.
C. Shortage of milk and milk products in most of Sudanese state.
D. The preparation of cows large but the yield of milk is weak.
E. Most farms are traditional.

Feed and nutrition:
1. Establishment of pastoral farms to be a model for the production of feed and
animal feeding
2. Assist in the fencing and construction of pastoral reserves that are closed to
benefit from the spread of pasture by harvesting water.
3. Irrigation hubs for the cultivation of irrigated crops such as clover and
alkaloids
4. Purchase packs for feeding packages and use them in the dry period.
